He has taught <strong>business law<\/strong> (insolvency proceedings, corporate law, international business law, regulation law) at the University of Paris 1, the University of Amiens and the University of Paris Dauphine, as well as the Ecole des Ponts.<\/p>\n\n<p>As a lawyer for many public entities and financial institutions, he has acquired <strong>extensive experience at the intersection of private and public issues,<\/strong> as well as in banking law, public financing law, and international business law. He has a great deal of experience in national and international arbitration, both as an arbitrator and as counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n\n<p>Practicing before all French legal and administrative courts, he has specific experience before specialized courts (Court of Justice of the Republic, Court of Auditors, Court of Financial and Budgetary Discipline).<\/p>\n\n<p>As counsel for many executives, he has significant experience in business and financial criminal law and has managed important cases, sometimes with major media exposure <strong>requiring a high degree of confidentiality<\/strong>, as well as innovative defense strategies.<\/p>\n\n<p>In particular, he developed a consulting and litigation practice centered on <strong>major industrial projects that bring together public and private players<\/strong>. He helped to develop the new draft mining code commissioned by the French government in 2012.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bernard Grelon was one of the founding partners of the firm UGGC Avocats where he was a partner for over 20 years.<\/p>\n\n<p>He has participated at the highest level in international, academic and professional organizations: Association Internationale de Droit Economique [International Economic Law Association], International Association of Lawyers (UIA), Institut fran\u00e7ais des administrateurs [French Directors Institute], AFFIC.<\/p>\n\n<p>He is the author of many articles and conference publications, both in France and abroad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Partner Bernard Grelon, Associate Professor of Law, has been a lawyer and professor for over forty years.
